My name is Elena Francis. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, I have built a career that spans both coasts and some of the most competitive industries. I began in Santa Monica at Forbes # 2 sports marketing agency, where I quickly moved from receptionist to executive assistant, working with high-profile sports clients. After relocating to Washington, D.C., I joined a top Forbes Consulting firm, where I supported multiple partners for eight years. I later transitioned to Baltimore and Washington D.C.'s fast-paced start-up scene, serving CEOs and founders with full executive support, coordinating national events, and acting as a culture ambassador to strengthen connection and engagement across teams

In 2024, I returned home to Oklahoma to be closer to family and channel my two decades of experience into new ventures.
